Deep Roots Psychology

Cultivating growth, resilience, and well-being through somatic healing and mindful presence.

David Rolston, MC, Registered Psychologist

Welcome to Deep Roots Psychology. I am a registered psychologist with a goal to provide a safe and nurturing space for healing, growth, and self-discovery. With over 10 years of experience and training in various therapeutic modalities, including Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, DBT, CBT, PE, and EFT, I offer personalized support tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.

Grounded in mindfulness meditation practice and alternative healing approaches, my client-centered and trauma-informed approach fosters resilience and inner peace, guiding clients towards greater wholeness and well-being.

With diverse life experiences and a commitment to cultural sensitivity, I offer therapy services in person, online, or over the phone to adolescents, adults, and couples seeking support on various issues.
